Espectral is a generative art platform. You may use it to create artwork from audio and images you own or have the right to use. You may not use it to infringe on others' intellectual property.
You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading, you grant Espectral a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service to you.
Artwork you generate using Espectral is yours to use, share, and print. We do not claim ownership of your generated pieces.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Espectral is provided as-is. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
